Today MG vehicles are designed and developed by SAIC and manufacturing takes place at SAIC’s plants in China. MG has become the largest single-brand exporter from China since 2019 and in 2023 MG sold approximately 840 000 vehicles globally, with 88 percent of those to markets outside of China.

MG3

The MG3 is the brands best-selling hatch and is available in two variants, petrol manual or CVT and Hybrid+.

Visually the MG3 sets itself apart in the compact hatchback segment with a bold and characterful design language. A torpedo-inspired silhouette is anchored by a striking sharkline front profile featuring Projector LED headlamps and LED DRLs, lending a sense of poised aggression and aerodynamic confidence.

MG’s Hybrid+ powertrain technology makes its debut on the MG3. It produces 155kW and 425Nm while using just 4,3 litres per 100km.

The petrol variant is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine, which delivers 81kW and 142Nm and which is paired with either a manual five-speed or a CVT transmission.

MG ZS

The MG ZS is an international best seller that combines SUV practicality with a compact size and affordable price tag. It features styling and driving controls refined to Western consumers, while boasting safety, such as six-airbags, and reliability in its DNA.

The ZS is a chunky sub-compact SUV with head-turning looks defined by a prominent mesh grille and flanked by feline inspired headlight clusters that feature projector headlamps and LED DRLs. At the rear elongated wedge-shaped taillights create a well-planted stance, reinforced by standard 17-inch alloys.

A 1.5-litre petrol engine boasts 84kW and 150Nm and is paired to a four-speed automatic transmission.

MG ZS Pro

The MG ZS Pro is an expressive evolution of the brand’s popular compact SUV, combining confident styling, a premium digital cabin, turbocharged performance and advanced safety.

The MG ZS Pro makes a powerful first impression with its solid wide-frame grille, sculpted bodywork and signature Predator Eye LED headlamps. Geometric LED tail lamps flow seamlessly with the body lines.

The ZS Pro has grown 45mm in length and 30mm in width, compared to the regular ZS, resulting in enhanced passenger comfort and cargo capacity.

The cabin is characterised by a premium and tech-forward cabin that includes a soft-touch dashboard and door trims and a dual 12.3-inch display.

Under the bonnet a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivers 125kW and 275Nm, allowing the ZS Pro to sprint to 100km/h in 8.5 seconds. Power is transferred to the front wheels via a CVT transmission.

MG HS

The MG HS features the now characteristic ultra-slim hammer-head shark front design that first appeared on the groundbreaking MG4. Under the bonnet is a smooth and powerful 1.5-litre turbocharged engine offering 125kW and 275Nm and paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission or a 2.0-litre turbocharged powerplant that offers 170kW and 370Nm, which utilises a nine-speed auto transmission to power the front wheels.

Now in its second generation, the striking all-new MG HS takes an evolutionary step forward aesthetically, practically and dynamically with an extensive range of new features, increased cabin space and enhanced styling. Modern touches include LED headlights and taillights and 19-inch multi-spoke machine-finished alloy wheels.

An extensive menu of comfort and convenience features include a 12.3-inch dual screen entertainment system, virtual cockpit, electronic parking brake, rain sensor wipers, 360-degree HD view camera, keyless entry, perforated leatherette upholstery and smartphone mirroring capability.

MG Cyberster

The MG Cyberster is a forward thinking take on the traditional MG roadster and a fitting tribute to the pioneering sports cars that made MG a staple of the roadster market.

The Cyberster is a breathtaking, scissor-doored roadster that is powered by dual electric motors that offer 375kW upfront and 250kW at the rear as well as a combined 725Nm. The result is a 0-100km/h sprint time of 3,2 seconds and a top speed of 208km/h.
